Sourcing and Design (SnD) :
we believe that, to source the right materials as per new trend on the global market & accordingly its design is the foundation of any collection. Our sourcing and design team in different locations sources the latest fabrics, accessories, with matching current fashion of Global market. The team works closely with our extensive network of mills in order to provide customers with quality products in their desired price.

The team is researching with creative way and offering new materials, new swatch, new fashion, new styles to the customers instead of asking from buyer side. we also appreciate and feel honour if buyer ask any of requirement, we support them accordingly.

Development :

As per design team inspiration, our separate skilled Technical Support Team proceed to develop the physical product and ensure that samples are created and developed safely according to customers’ product required specification.

Merchandising: 

Merchandising team play the significant and central role in our company, beside the buyer corresponding they are connecting with every other internal team to speed up the process. Team ensure the all approval with touch of buyer concern, and its apply during production, ensure supply chain and do coordinate with planning, production, quality and logistic department.

Planning and Co-ordination:

This team play with 2 significant role in our company.

Firstly, they are responsible for on time delivery, they keep pushing all department form the day one to act and respect as per time frame.

this team Need to push sample team and merchant team for on time approval, supply chain to in-house raw materials timely, production team to start production as per line plan.

Secondly they do co-ordination each other team so that individual dept. do their job timely. This team pass the info to other so that no one don’t keep hold with miss info or wrong info..

Technical and Quality:

our full team is assigned with textile graduate. they are young and more technically sound.  As per buyer quality standard, as per buyer advice / comments / approval the team will follow up form first fit samples to shipment sample. also every raw materials for color, quality and gsm , it should be  followed total quality management form the raw yarn  , and specially  before cutting they make the size set / PP meeting report and give the cutting permission with explaining the critical path / risk assessment of individual style . and during sewing line it will be followed every day and will do the inline report every day to ensure the correct quality.

Inspection :

we have own inspection team, they check each style minimum 1 inline ( depend on quantity ) , 1 pre final and one Final inspection,  sometime our Inspection team visit without any pre- planned to find any false or hidden quality .

during final inspection if goods not meet the buyer standard it must be reached the full goods .but we always demotivated the rechecking step, we always focus to pack the correct quality goods as a first time.

Shipping and logistics:

This team start work at the beginning stage to clear the banking purpose. They work for Sales contact agreement, Master LC also materials B2B LC  .

Also after ready the goods they preparing the correct shipping document and follow up to payment receiving and BL surrender or original document send to buyer.
